About Apricots

Fresh apricots have a beautiful blush
and should be firm in texture.
Avoid if wilted or shriveled,
if tinged with green
or lacking aroma.

The skin is tender,
and is generally left on, whether the fruit
will be eaten raw or cooked. 

Apricots are delicious in a fruit salad,

Orange complements apricots,
and apricots complement grilled poultry,
pork, or seafood.
